Not kidding, probably the worst Subway in Houston possibly Texas. Staff is extremely rude, towards the end of the day they don't... seem to have anything "available" , came for lunch at 11:45am with open sign on and both doors locked and people inside waving afinger at me as if I am not supposed to be there. Horrible lazy staff at a great location, shame. Subway forever lost a customertoday. Read more

So I'm shopping at Home Depot next door and I figure I'll stop in and have breakfast. It's 8am and the "Open" sign is on. I... ask if they have egg. Girl behind counter says they don't serve breakfast. It's 8am and they don't serve breakfast???!! But Ican order lunch but they don't have any chicken breast. It's like going to dinner at 6pm and the staff says they don't servedinner. Read more

Consistently either doesn't have ingredients or the ingredients they do have look sickly. They aren't very personable either

Very rude and unprofessional! The lady was rushing me even thou they had just open with no line. Also I saw they was making... fresh cookies so i wanted to wait for one of course . She told me I had to wait 30 mints for a fresh cookie that?s crazy . Allof the Spanish speaking is very rude as we?ll. Terrible service. Totally messed up my order. Super small meat serving. Employees do not understand English so they were unable... to fix their mistakes and this wasn?t the first and only bad experience. Read more

My kids come here sometimes after school. They tell me that whenever they order a sub it has very little meat in it and I... thought maybe they are just exaggerating so one day I decide to go and see for myself. I got two footlong spicy Italians since Ihad a BOGO. Each one is supposed to get ten slices of pepperoni and ten slices of salami. The first sub got 7/6 and the secondone got 6/6. When I tried to explain that they did not give me enough meat, the workers only spoke Spanish and in brokenEnglish told me the manager/Owner said to do it that way. Worse, they did not know how to enter a BOGO coupon but luckily Iwent on the app to complete the order. When I asked my son how much he gets on his normal 6 inch Turkey sandwich, he saidsometimes one slice, sometimes two. Either the workers are poorly trained or this franchisee/manager is fraudulent. I sent acomplaint to corporate but apparently it went to the store owner/manager and I simply got a canned "sorry about your experience"response. Unfortunate because my kid eats here a lot and they are taking advantage of 6-8th graders! Read more

Multiple times I have come to this location to find that the employees have already locked their doors and began closing down... their register at least 30 min before this location's 9 pm closing time. The employees will look up from the register just longenough to give the "cut off" gesture when they see that you try to open their locked doors. If you want to close at 8:15 or 8:30pm, just change your posted hours. I live within walking distance and would have been coming here a lot, but I will definitelytake my business elsewhere where they actually want it. Read more

All the subways deliver pretty much the same quality, what matters is the customer service, and this location pretty much does... it the best. Fresh, friendly and crisp. Thanks guys, keep us the good work. Buenos dias. Read more
