I visited this location on 10/19/22. The male employee failed to greet me but quickly refused to take an active coupon from me... stating that he was ordered by his manager not to take them. When I asked who was the manager he elected to call her. Her nameis Concha Ortega. He placed her on the speaker an spoke to her in Spanish until he handed me the phone. She was abrasive, rudeand abrupt confirming that her location doesn?t take ANY coupons. I am so glad that in this challenging economy we still have aplethora of choices of places to go to buy sandwiches and to dine. As I will neVer walk into this establishment again. Read more

Jesus Christ! This Subway should be awarded the WORST SUBWAY in entire country! Just went there 5 minutes ago today 10/11/2022... 4.50 pm as I go often to grab a snack like a chips or cookie as I work next door. I bought a chips (overpriced mini one for$1.50 which can be bought for 80 cents at Walmart) and asked for a fork/spoon. Omg! The counter server lady literally lied on myface saying that they DO NOT have fork/spoon at all!! When I pushed that the lady before me got fork then she called the managernamed Mary whether to give me a cutlery!!! And surprise over surprise is, that manager named Mary on the phone told the counterserver NOT TO GIVE me the cutlery!!! Then the counter server was lecturing and mocking me whether she can get free service frommy dry clean store next to her!!! I REMINDED her that I PAID for the chips. I BOUGHT something and I am a customer. But needlessto say that her two brain cells couldn't understand the logic nor it can hold the idea of being "COURTEOUS" to a customer as arestaurant service business. And until today I was a regular customer and neighbor but good job on losing one customer whousually spent $5 per visit to save a 5 cent fork ???????????????????????? Also I am waiting on my $1.50 to be refunded becauseI returned the chips. Hope they don't steal like they attack customers. Read more

This location is okay. The waitstaff is always low and tables are limited. Also, there is always almost a line. However, it?s... not bad for an average Subway. Read more

Pulled up in front of the store at 9:42. The employee made eye contact with me, but locked the door and turned off the open sign... before I even got out of the car. Whoever drives that Ford Explorer has no professionalism. Closing time is whenever the personinside decides I guess. Read more

Horrible experience, did not add lettuce or spinach in my Subway Club No Bready Bowl. This is NOT worth $10+. Staff was rude.

I really enjoyed my experience at this location. I was maybe the last customer, late right before their closing and the young... dude at the counter was very friendly. He made my order of two BMT Italian very patiently which was may be the best and tastiestsubway sandwiches I?ve ever had in a long time. Great service. Great job! Read more
