Honestly I am baffled sometimes at how incredibly INHUMANE some individuals may be... This Customer needed to use the restroom,... but comes back because the restroom door is locked. The lady Subway employee tells her she has the key but that there is notoilet paper inside. The customer proceeds to ask if she can I please use a paper towel or napkin? and the subway employee inher broken English starts to describe that she has paper in the back but that she cannot give her paper. I speak Spanish so Istarted to translate and what the employee tells me in Spanish is that: "she has paper in the back but that it's there in casethe city inspector comes in so that she does not get in trouble for NOT having paper, and that the toilet paper should arrive in30 minutes" I then told her: " the inspector's not gonna come in 30 minutes, that she should give some paper to this lady soshe may use the restroom" but YET AGAIN the employee refuses... I had napkins in my car and I gave some to the customer so shemay use the restroom. I walked out without ordering in anger, and baffled at how INHUMANE that employee chose to be towards thatother customer... I hope one day she experiences the same and gets denied access to the restroom while she's clenching her legsneeding to go... because she definitely needs to learn to have some "human" compassion. I just went here yesterday with my daughter, and the food was so spoiled I immediately threw up as soon as I walked out the... door. I did not even finish my food, but I should have known not to eat there when I saw the employees come into the store withher children, and they walked into the back and started touching on all the food and veggies.. ugh! Since they were smallchildren, you can imagine that they also touched their faces, THEN the food. They were also running around playing, in the backwhere the ovens and good are, which is extremely dangerous and also a health violation. I also had to pay my Lyft drivercleaning fees as I threw up the subway in her car. I?m going to request a refund from my bank at this point, and also notify theHealth Dept about the unsanitary conditions in that filthy store. Read more

This store and the one on Holcomb 2270..are owned by the same person! Ali license plate pictured below allows them to be... disrespectful so they will talk to you crazy, tell you how they're going to make your food and don't care if you leave or not!They won't even given you the managers number, but they called a so called manager name Abdul or Ali who claims to own 37stores! I will be contacting immigration and the Department of Labor! They played with the right one!! Read more

Most of times order online and pick-up, it works fine. One time ordering online, when I arrived the store, one employee told me... that they run out of steak and I tell them to give me anything equivalent. And they just give me a $6 sub for what I pay $8 forthe cheese & steak sub. Second time, I buy four $25 gift card online to spent all on this store. Subway gave me four 6-inchfree sub coupons. The promotion stand said I can use maximum 4 per order just in front of me, however the two employees said Ican only use one and I have to pay the rest 3. Then I point the stand to them and ask if you and me both understand what it saidwhy it is so hard to use the coupons. Then they said you need to wait for the manager. They said the manager is just around thecorner and I wait 20 minutes the manager still not show up. Instead of just wasting my time, I checkout all without using thecoupons. It is the coupon I pay to get, why it is so hard to use it here. Terrible service, totally waste of time here. Read more
