I'm disabled and I need one of them electric cart things to move around I have my own literally would not let me in the store... because I was on it so there's no carts allowed in the store. I said man I can't walk well through then we'll come to you butyou can't come in the store cuz carts are unsanitary. And I told him it's discrimination I can't walk right and you're notletting me eat here because I need the assistance of one of these electric card things and then they got upset and they finallywe're going to let me in but then they wanted me to stand in a certain area like I didn't have access to the restaurant like anormal patron one who could walk and I'm like no I'm not doing that because literally every other restaurant I go to let me inwith my card thing. I went yesterday to eat to this place . That I believe it?s a franchise that someone owns ?. If I?m not mistaken the owners or... family of the owners are the same workers . I?m in Bussines for years and I believe they treat clients not in the best way . 1stthey don?t sell the original SUBWAY bread ? I eat subway very often and all around Houston . They give us this bread for kidslooks more like a bread from Walmart (they are inside Walmart) . The bread looks a bigger version of hot dog bread , second ifthe bread is so thin and small at least have the decency to add more protein !!! But that wasn?t the case Second: I had $2 toredeem and the woman thy I believe is one of the owners told me I can?t use my rewards ? I said ?WHY ? if it?s a subway ? shetold me I can?t ! That I can only collect ! After telling her again to give me an explanation she said ?try ? And the moneywas re deemed . Bottom line ?. They have a HORRIBLE costumer service! I have so many clients and I will never act like thisperson ! Of course they don?t want you to redeem rewards bc that means less money for them . Stop stealing People! This place has a manager that is soon rude I can't believe it. I went and purchased 2 footlong subway chicken breast, and I told... him I want everything on it. He was doing his best to hardly put anything in it, he put my bread in the heater and had the samegloves we inside behind to the dishwasher area and didn't change his gloves and started touching my food. I was really made butI didn't say anything to him. As he started wrapping the sandwich I asked him to wrap them separately every 6" separate he toldif he has to do that he was going to charge me a price of 6" he wanted to rip me off. I bought from Subway so many times I neverhad any telling me that before. So I told to keep the sandwiches. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Read more

I ordered the icee the blue raspberry one and the girls put cherry one for me i say hey I ordered blue raspberry and she lowers... her eyes on me like it my mistake. I been here a lot times the old lady in afternoon always nice and good attitude to customersbut this young lady is has zero customer service besides giving you a bad attitude. Acting like no education and also don?t hasno service mind at all. She has to be takes care of very rude and unprofessional!!! Read more

Bad customer service, I went to this location last month was 8:00PM sharp, when I walked in all the chairs ware on the table,... the boy who was working hesitante on serve me, and him didn't serve anybody else, him was just cleaning. the restaurant closed9PM and the employee stopped serving 8pm, what's up with that!! I bought a Tuna sandwich on Friday, and him charges the regularprice, just awful employee. (By the way I will call subway customer service to complain, this it is not a subway we knew.) Read more

I am never eating at this subway EVER again. I work in the area and frequent this Wal-Mart quite often during my lunch break.... I've ordered at this subway before and the workers tend to just carry on with their personal conversations after a quick,"hello" which I don't really care, it's subway I don't expect too much. Today I noticed a fly hovering in the little deli areawhere they add toppings. I was in a hurry and just ignored it. I hop in my car and am sitting in a little traffic and just starteating my sub, I was really scarfing it down I was so hungry when I get to about halfway and take a look before my next big biteand I'm mortified. Mind you i have a mouth full of sub while looking at this big a** fly, I almost threw up. I would complainbut I don't think that'd make a difference but I'm hoping this public review will make them prioritize sanitation. Read more

This has to be the WORST Subway ever!!! If I could not give it a star rating and just leave a review I would!! I ordered a 6... inch veggie patty with everything on it except peppers. I must have gotten 6 pieces of lettuce, 3 slices tomatoes, a few leavesof spinach, pickles and ONE (yes one!!) olive. The sauce (I asked for Southwest and Sweet Onion) was nonexistent- the sandwichwas dry AF!! Save yourself the agony and find another Subway. #LocalGuides Read more
