So unprofessional staff, im a regular here , and that lady they have in front have a really dirty mouth . Always using... profanity in spanish while talking to other staff and even she gets visits or friends come over and just talk in front of peopleso loud . Gossiping and just talking mess . I was eating my lunch in peace and she started talking to a girl that came in (not astaff) and just starting talking about how the place got robbed by black people early in the morning . I didnt wanted to hearall that stuff but they were just so loud . I even heard how much the glass in front door cost to the owner because of therobbery lol . I called so many times and nobody answers the phone to that place. also I order online and I even paid for extra meat extra... cheese and the three sandwiches that I ordered were done wrong. We arrived at this establishment with plenty of time to order, but there was no one to attend to us. We waited for about two... minutes, to be considerate about the attendant who was just sitting in his car on his phone. I know he noticed us when we walkedin because he looked at us directly. His lack of attention made it seemed like he didn?t even care about his customers. A badhabit I?m pretty sure wasn?t taught through training. The food display looked dirty and mal-managed. Two thumbs down oncleanliness and organization. Needles to say that the lack of structure shows how disorganized and careless the Subway companyand franchise is. I will not be returning to this establishment, nor do I recommend anyone to eat here. For those who disagree,you clearly have never been particular of what and where you eat, and it shows. Read more

Beyond poor customer service. Charged me twice and would not return me my money or re make the food for me the next day since I... paid for it. Spoke to 4 different workers. Don?t use there app service because it?s trash and if they take your money it?s yourfault. Read more
