This location needs to update their service hours. They don't open before 11a on weekdays, and you are still lucky if they are... staffed and open by then. Several people were waiting outside last week for them to open, and the staff finally arrived tounlock a little after 11a. They then locked back up and didn't open. Read more

Proceeded to order and use a coupon for a buy one get one free footlong. A worker by the name of Dalia (that's the name she gave... me even though she did not have name tag on) told me I could not use the coupon for any of the series sandwiches only theregular ones even though some are the similar in pricing. I proceeded to try and show her that the only ones excluded from mepurchasing on the series was Footlong Pro, Fresh Melts, Wraps, The Monster, The Mexicali, & Turkey Cali Club...and she was nothearing it. I asked to speak to MGR or DM, she stated they had left and when I asked for the managers info she turned her backso rudely and said NO! Then she went to the back, before another customer came in that she had to assist. Her coworker had tomake my sandwich and she was a bit more pleasant to deal with. Dalia on the other hand was so rude. I think they should be sometype of sign on the door. That states they do not accept all terms of the coupons at this location or something stating what isaccepted. I stay near this location and get mailers sent to me in my mailbox so I at least wanted to try the new sandwich andthe offers they sent to me. They had a stack of provolone cheese slices sitting out and I noticed that it had a white mold spot on the side of it. The employees are horrible. 1st..i ordered a 6 in and got a ft long..when I said something about it.there attitude is... horrible.they put all the extras on my sandwich without even asking what I wanted.angel is the employee that was a failure1st.the employee at the cash register without a name tag has the craziest, worst attitude I've ever seen.they should fire everyemployee here and start from scratch Read more

Website, google and the sign on the store says they open at 8am. Myself and others got here at 9:30am and they weren?t open. A... entire hour and a half after their claimed open time. Myself and several others tried knocking and they stared right at us anddidn?t open the door. We just wanted to know what time they opened. Two of the men were entered trying to get breakfast to starttheir day. I placed an order on the Subway App and it said that it would be ready at 11:20 a.m. I got to the store a little after that time... and the doors were locked and the workers were inside and not even ready for the day. I called multiple times and no oneanswered the phone. Then one woman working wrote a sign and placed it on the door saying they weren?t opening until 12:00 p.m. Iasked for a refund and she refused. I can?t cancel the order in the app so I?m going to dispute this charge with my bank. Othershave said this isn?t the first time they weren?t open on time.
