Everytime i go to this subway i have a horrible experience!!!! Tonight they had no AC and Anna was sitting down while i came in... and the black young was making the sandwiches so she was asking anna to help make my sandwich. Anna ignored her and then 5 minslater got up and acted like she was cleaning ?this is an hour before closing and her partner was busy?.. poor girl ended updoing everything while anna was mopping even though her partner told her that it was pointless bc we were about dirty the floorwalking out . I felt bad that the younger black lady was making the sandwiches and cashiering too.. more people came in andcouldn?t speak English so they were asking me about the sauces because they saw how unhelpful anna was !!! Anna kept fakemopping . I told anna in Spanish that her partner just wanted her to come help and she didn?t give a cr@p she proceeded tolocking the front door at 8 even though closing is at 9pm. On other ocasiones i visit its the same dynamic the morning lady?sdont get along at alll EITHER!! in the morning when i came some short silver teeth hispanic lady was doing all the work while ablack bigger lady watched her. Its ALWAYS so UNCOMFORTABLE to go into this location because these ladies don?t know how to worktogether at all. Read more
Never had an issue with my order when I go to this Subway,my concern is the management and how they treat the employees,this... Hispanic lady I?m not sure if she?s a manager but she treats the employees like slaves,when telling them to move faster and evensnaps the fingers at them,if I was an employee there I would complain with the district manager,probably nobody has put her inher place,I?m just saying,because is not right,kids can work at Subway and be treated like that,I think about my little brotherwho graduated this year and wants to look for a job,of course I don?t want him to work at fast food restaurants because not onlymanagers can be disrespectful,but also customers,my brother is very smart,has autism,and that?s why I don?t want this for him!Or other kids,they need make a staff sweep at this place. Came to Subway cause I was hungry tried the Monster Sub I was trying to tell the Hispanic lady what cheese I wanted she told me... that she has to make it the way it says on the menu I said make it the way I want it I'm the one who is going to be eating itshe puts my sandwich in the oven and burns my sandwich ???? then I wanted a fountain drink she said there is no ice the juicewas cold that's what I wanted to get she told me to get something else she did want me to throw it back out never will come backhere ever again they need to close this location down if there not going to change the people here cause there's alwayscomplaints here Read more
I wish I would of read the reviews before coming to this horrendous place. Omg this black lady is the rudest, no ice, hot sodas,... the toaster doesn't work it literally burned my bread but it didn't melt the cheese. Omg can the owner please close thishorrible store? Read more
The waitress was awful, she said that we must wear a mask, then she was handling the food without mask while she was talking by... phone. Disgusting! Read more
i only came here because it?s close to where i work but i?m never going back there again fr. the hispanic lady toasted my... sandwich twice and it was still cold & the big woman with blonde hair was super rude & unprofessional to say the LEAST. the 1star is generous they were simply HORRIBLE. I will Never go to this Subway again Worst Service I ever had. They Spanish Lady did not know how to make a sandwich I mean... lost. The African Lady i guess she thinks she I some kind of Manager is very rude and talks to the Spanish Lady very rudely andLady looks terrified of her.
