This lady was being very disrespectful towards my mom and I. We both didn?t say anything back because we were raised right. This... lady had an attitude the entire time we where there. She was stating her opinion on the way the word pickle is said in Spanish,like we never asked her to get in our conversation. She then called my mom uneducated and how she doesn?t know how to speakSpanish because she says pickle in Spanish differently than her. So stupid and childish. Read more

The service was terrible as soon as I walked in the door! I greeted both ladies with a "good morning" only to get a blank stare... back. I then said "Buenos dias" thinking they didn't understand English. Again, neither lady greeted me. I placed my order, inEnglish and in Spanish (breakfast ham, egg, & cheese on flat bread) . After she toasted the BREAD, HAM & CHEESE she asked whatelse I wanted, as if I was bothering her. I pointed out that I order the breakfast ham, EGG & cheese twice and in 2 differentlanguages. I walked out without my breakfast and went to Chick-fila were I was greeted with a "good morning" and a smile! NeverAgain, shame because my office is within walking distance!! Read more

0000 stars but no option horrible experience from the point of walking in. Both ladies were at the back on their phones didn't... even notice me until a few minutes later, lady comes with a nasty attitude she was out of everything vegetables and hams.Really?? It was no one when I went in too busy with their phones. Then I waited around 5 minutes for her to restock ham etc ...Then I had to repeat myself because she seem to have a hearing problem. Then my teenage daughter was behind me and she goes likeoh is she ordering too yess !! I mean she was waiting in line..The lady did not speak english so she kept giving my daughter abad attitude even put Sriracha sauce on her sandwich instead of cucumbers how do you confuse those two??????..?. Then I told herin Spanish 3 times!!! to put cucumbers she ignored me. To top it off I left to my car and she was overcharging my daughter whentheir sign CLEARLY said $6 foot long for her sandwich..I come back and tell her about the sign and she tries to argue with meand say oh you already using a coupon buy one get one why not pay more. NO lady is called don't false advertise outside onprices honor what the sign says, her attitude was beyond disgusting she wanted to argue with me and my teenager. She said shewas not giving back the coupon because it was redeemed and can't used it. I left those nasty sandwiches she made and took backthat coupon to another Subway and had no problem at the other location. It was her rude self making things hard for us . PLEASEhire people that speak english!! Rude staff, dirty location, ingredients not fresh. Save yourself the trouble don't go here. Read more

Bad experience with a young and older females in this Subway restaurant. They didn't care reading carefully my online order,... they blame me and their sytem for their mistakes. They managed to fix my order but after being there for more than 45minswaiting. They don't know how to read online orders in English nor serve the right sides, Bad Customer Service, Bad Attitude andDon't admit mistake or apologize for their mistakes. Read more

Bad service. They should have better customer service. Lady Julissa was so impatient. Had to repeat my order 2 times due her... saying that I talk too fast. The way she was prepping my food is like if she barely wanted to be there . All I'm saying is thatif you want to work, show that you want to and that you care.
