I enjoy subway almost every week and never did I have such a bad experience as I did in this particular restaurant. The sub was... fresh and tasty as always the bad experience was caused by a certain employee who is in the picture and appeared to be a managerat the time. When we walked up to order he held a prejudice against us and was cursing under his breath and almost yelling at usto order quicker because ?today is not his day and he had a lot of online orders to fulfill?. I understand that sometimes it canget busy and hectic but that never gives you the right to take it out on the customers. Hopefully my next Subway experience willbe a lot better. Read more
Wonderful! I hav'nt eaten at a subway in quite few years. I love downtown Houston,and this is a good, quick, and affordable... lunch stop. Three staff was friendly and the portions were a lot better than they used to be.they have fuze Tea! I love thatstuff! I busted this establishment at 12:20, the middle of lunch rush. Although they were pretty busy, the service was fast, therestaurant clean, and there was seating available for my friend and I to sit down for a quick break, eat, and have aconversation. Went in here 8-29-19 I had a long drive at 1130 am came into subway to grab a bite before I ordered wanted to use the restroom... then order my food. I did not want to leave my order on table while I use restroom. The manager embarrassed me questioning me infront of other customers before she unlocked restroom if I was gonna buy something! Tacky business and tactics you need tochange policy using the restroom is private do not need all the customers knowing I need to use the bathroom!!!! I ended upleaving not purchasing anything! Walked in and they had no other guests but was not welcomed or asked what I would like as the two employees carried on a... conversation with a third who had just got off. After that the male boredly asked me what I wanted and took two minutes to gethis gloves on. I asked for the $4 sandwich on the window on Italian herbs and cheese. He took out the bread and tore it apartwith the knife. They didn't have the black forest ham so they had to pull more and the cashier who got it did not wear glovesand even commented on the fact. I asked for a few veggies and mayo, and I though he was trying to make up for the amount ofmeat/cheese he put on their with the veggies and mayo and tried to smash it closed. The cashier charged me $5.40 which seemedhigher than I expected but I was too hungry to care. I sat down and pulled the sandwich out of the bag and got mayo all overmyself from the mess he had created. The mayo was everywhere with no napkin in sight. In the picture you can see the mess. Thepicture is what happened when I just took the wax paper from off the outside. It opened up on it's own as you see here. The malewas very feminine sounding with some Asian lettering on the back of one arm and a bird(?) Tattoo on the other. Stay away fromthis place. There are too many better options downtown. Read more
Friendly staff but don't speak much English. Lol They rarely have soup anytime after 2pm. But, the subs are typical of the chain... and the staff doesn't mind you asking for more jalapeños. Lmbo. Updated Now they refuse to honor the subway text coupons mycoupon stated a free 6" sub with a value meal. So, I said just make it a footlong. The food here is quality typical of this Corporation. The ladies I met here that serve behind the counter are sweet. They... didn't speak English, but they had genuine smiles. I prefer that English be spoken in all situations, but I also advocate forthe rights of immigrants and all those who walk this soil. Please be respectful of those who work for a living, as well as thoseless fortunate than yourself. Read more
