Never go to this location. The manger assisted me and he was very rude and disrespectful. I told him that I wanted to change... my sandwich, due to him putting very little meat on it. This man turned around and uttered words, then said "Thank You" in avery rude way. This is not how you treat a customer. I told him that and he was again very rude to me. I will be finding outwho owns this location and write them a letter. The service I got was unacceptable. Please train your manger on how to talk tocustomers. They deserve 0 stars.???? Read more
Both times we went this month, the best Subway out of 4 others we visited in West Houston.
I visited the location at 9:15a for breakfast. They were supposed to open at 9:00a but the doors were locked. The staff (a man... and lady) were standing inside and looked at me at the door and walked to the back. VERY RUDE! I visit this location frequentlyand I?m never treated like a valued customer.
