Worst Subway experience on Silber rd and I10. Just as I arrived, a woman came out, Helen (I read her name on her hat), with a... bad face, little or no courtesy, she just looked at me with reluctance and said the bare minimum: may I help you? From then onshe was rude, I asked her for help in Spanish, but although she spoke it, she did not communicate with kindness, always with alook that seemed angry or something like that. I understand that this unfriendly treatment of this woman is not subway policy,but I will not return to this subway to avoid being treated in that unpleasant way. Worst costumer Experience I?ve had in a subway. Not just we?re their olives expire and the Hispanic lady working on Saturday at... mid day refuse, to change them she rush the whole experience like if there was a line to the door. This lady is training a youngman and I had told the young man to leave my eggs as they were she took it upon her self to snatch them from him and cut them upand say you have to always cut them with an attitude. She than processed to scold my under age brother,16, for not telling herthat he wanted double protein on his sandwich which he tried to but being rush did not listen to him. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The two older women working were bothered by the simple fact that I was ordering... multiple subs. (Mind you, I?m only ordering three subs and I?m the one in the restaurant at the time.) They made a few remarkshere and there in Spanish, assuming i didn?t speak it. Overall, bad experience. I?m definitely not coming back to this Subway. I have gave them (2) too many chances. The spinach is always old and today a... small black piece of hair was in my sub. Disgusting! I tried the new promotional Draypotle steak sandwich and it was terrible. Bland, tasteless and cold. Plus the girl behind the... counter barely even put anything within the sandwich which made it even worse. It was as if I bought a halfway made sandwich.Plus the customer service and atmosphere was terrible.
