I placed an order online and was told that my order was “ready for pickup”. I had a difficult time finding the restaurant... and called them multiple times, no answer. Upon arrival, there were no customers and I was told that multiple items that I paidfor in my order were not available. No protein for my sub, out of the bottled drink I ordered, yet all the options wereavailable to me online. This is the worst Subway location I have ever visited. When I first entered I was greeted in Spanish by a hispanic lady, then a big blond lady with a wrestler's attitude does not... smile and speaks so quickly as if she wants to get done with me asap . All Cheese Steaks not available bread not fresh that was10.30am. Cashier super clumsy even though her colleague told her my order she charged me for one sandwich and not 2 . Tried this location/franchise twice, they didn't add mozzarella both times, never had an individual location/franchise forget... SAUCE and two other ingredients, until today 10/31 3:30 pm, thinking of actually writing to global HQ to have their franchiselicense revoked, these employees are so lazy and poorly trained in the SIMPLE job of adding ingredients to make a sandwich,pretty much the easiest job in America. Can someone explain to me how yall cancel an online order because you don't have the ingredients to make a salad but don't let... the customer know til they come up there to pick up their food?? 3rd time visiting this subway and 3rd fail! Read more

Employees don't speak English, they all have to wait for the rude large woman with the blonde hair to answer all English related... questions. Quit being rude to the customers because your employees can't understand simple food orders and hire some competentemployees who speak English. Read more

Mark is one of the quickest sandwich makers! Very helpful! Needless to say, this guy is one of the best Subway employees I’ve... ever encountered. He doesn’t slow down!!!!! Will be coming more often, especially if he is here. Read more

A restaurant with restrooms closed due to covid is not a restaurant. If your going to close the restroom then close the whole... dam thing. I just wanted to wash my hands after I ate a $13 sub and was told the owner closed the restrooms? Also the 2 ladiesthere are horrible the Hispanic one roles her eyes at people and looks at them with a stank face. The white one swears she’ssweet but she’s not she’s rude and annoying.
