When I first entered I was greeted in Spanish by a hispanic lady, then a big blond lady with a wrestler's attitude does not... smile and speaks so quickly as if she wants to get done with me asap . Tried this location/franchise twice, they didn't add mozzarella both times, never had an individual location/franchise forget... SAUCE and two other ingredients, until today 10/31 3:30 pm, thinking of actually writing to global HQ to have their franchiselicense revoked, these employees are so lazy and poorly trained in the SIMPLE job of adding ingredients to make a sandwich,pretty much the easiest job in America. Employees don't speak English, they all have to wait for the rude large woman with the blonde hair to answer all English related... questions. Quit being rude to the customers because your employees can't understand simple food orders and hire some competentemployees who speak English. Read more

I placed an order online and was told that my order was “ready for pickup”. I had a difficult time finding the restaurant... and called them multiple times, no answer. Upon arrival, there were no customers and I was told that multiple items that I paidfor in my order were not available. No protein for my sub, out of the bottled drink I ordered, yet all the options wereavailable to me online. This is the worst Subway location I have ever visited.
