Subway was having a buy two get one free promotion. I ordered two sandwiches online but immediately realized I had forgotten to... order my free sandwich, so I tried to go back into the app, but since I had already paid via the app it was a completed order,and it wouldn't let me modify it in any way. I then tried to call the location - 3 times - but no answer (???). I thenimmediately hopped in the car and went to the location and explained the situation to the employees, but they said there wasnothing they could do. I asked for a manager, but she was at home. They called her and explained it to her and she said therewas nothing they could do. I then complained to the corporate office, and they said. "Thanks for your feedback" and that was it.I never did get my other sandwich - or even a coupon or a sorry. I felt I was treated poorly, and I was a regular customer. Notgoing back - ever. Read more

Awful service. The workers close HOURS before actual closing time. Seen two workers run to the back as I pulled in. Walked in... another time just for them to tell me they didn?t have any bread. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read more
This subway sucks. Every time I go there is either ?no bread no more? or missing other vegetables. 7 pm I come and it?s open... and the door is locked. I?m calling and no one is answering. I literally tell everyone that they shouldn?t come to this locationif they want subway. Read more
