The individual serving me was unfriendly and surly. I couldn't hear her questions because the "background music" was loud and I... had to ask her repeatedly to repeat her questions. She never smiled or offered any assistance with my order. I like the new lookand the sandwich was fine, but the overall experience was unpleasant. I will not be back any time soon. Read more

Service was bad. Ordered steak and cheese.Bread was chewy. Meat tasted rancid. Made me sick. Husband ordered rotisserie chicken.... Same problem. Would NOT recommend. Read more

PLEASE believe me that I'm not just writing this to be mean or vindictive but I got home after my 2nd, 3rd, +++ experience at... this Subway Sandwich location and am NOT going to let it go anymore. I'm a 150% fan of Subway and the food and don't have abeef with the restaurant; but this location has gone overboard with their lack of customer service and lack of service ingeneral; can't take debit cards, exact cash only, one type of bread only, only vegetable available are bad lettuce, dried greenpeppers, watery onions from bottom of bin, no spinich, etc.....and this is at 7:30PM!!!! And the attitude when you question itis unnerving. When you ask if they would PLEASE get the ingredients from the cooler it's we don't have it. It's like theystart to clean for closing at 6:00PM and you get what they have or "bye-bye." I'd very much WELCOME for this franchise owner tocontact me just so I can let them know my experience there. I'm a fan of Subway and always have been, but this location shouldjust close and let another business take over because it's just getting worse. I'm furious about how I'm treated there. I entered this place on Mar 25th about 5 pm (Friday) and there were about 8 or 9 sandwiches in front of me, but I stayed. I... noticed that the young lady making the orders was by herself! With minimum wait, her great attitude she took care of everyorder! She was great and deserves a nice raise! Read more

Yesterday Mon.01/10/2022 went around 3:40pm before picking up my son from school l went to get him a sandwich. Worse experience... ever Hispanic lady not very happy since l order but l felt that when l used the coupon it bother her more in a loud tone sheresponded to me about the amount l only ask how much was it? She look at the register and said thats on the screen l made acomment about her not very happy she stated that does the way she talks. I felt she got more upset when using the coupon ldidn?t stay quiet l mention to her that it?s not her giving out the coupons and they l will call and let the manager know. Veryunhappy person just rude. No empathy for people right now we should be happy about having a job with this pandemic. Read more
