I put in a order online at 8am when the website said the store would be open. The website advised me that the order would be... ready at 8:25am. I arrived on time to discover the store was locked with workers inside. The workers had posted a handmade signthat said ?open at 10am?. A female worker came to the door and asked what did I need. I explained to her that I placed a pick uporder. A male worker then shouted we are all out of what you ordered so we canceled your order. I asked him could I just placeanother order because I?m in a hurry. He then said no we are not open. I asked him why did he not contact me at my number listedon the pick up order to let me know that it was canceled . He did not respond. I ordered DoorDash at 4:10 and subway received as soon as I put my order in I?ve worked at subway before your suppose to drop... anything ur doing and finish up your customers and do a pick up order before taking another customer . Now my door dash drivergot there at 4:45 and it wasn?t done till 5:15 subway still didn?t have my order ready how do u wait till they are there to dothe sandwhich and to top it off the sandwhich was NOT done right at all . Let me start with the bread was BURNT !!!!!! the edgeswhere literally BLACK they didn?t even put half the vegetables I asked for . The sandwhich was not done right at all it wasrushed you can just tell the sandwhich was so sloppy if y?all where going to take that long to do it I woulda expect y?all toatleast do it right . I'm hoping I don't feel sick later. I ordered a Meatball Sandwich on wheat I appreciate the employee wearing her plastic gloves... while preparing my Sandwich I don't think you're suppose to have a tablet looking through profiles while preparing a Sandwich.Using the gloves and touching both surfaces seems like it would be against policy. The Sandwich was good overall just like Isaid I'm hoping I don't feel sick later. I didn't mention anything to her because I only have 30 minutes for my lunch I didn'twant to rush to another place and end up working a 12 hr shift on an empty stomach. Some locations are good but most of them are not I like my sandwiches a specific way and some people don't know how to do it so... I've cut down on my Subway until they finish training a new people but otherwise they're good and keep the flies away from thefood always close the tops when you're not using it no one wants to eat bugs trust me Read more
