I put in a order online at 8am when the website said the store would be open. The website advised me that the order would be... ready at 8:25am. I arrived on time to discover the store was locked with workers inside. The workers had posted a handmade signthat said ?open at 10am?. A female worker came to the door and asked what did I need. I explained to her that I placed a pick uporder. A male worker then shouted we are all out of what you ordered so we canceled your order. I asked him could I just placeanother order because I?m in a hurry. He then said no we are not open. I asked him why did he not contact me at my number listedon the pick up order to let me know that it was canceled . He did not respond.
