Took the staff more than 10 mins to attend to me with only 2 people in front. Very slow service and didn?t have a veggie patty... or the egg patty either. Read more

Absolutely rude guy behind the counter. Rolling his eyes, rushing my mother ordering, and trying to make three separate... customers orders at the same time. Efficiency is great but not at the cost of quality. Unless you're some kind of sandwichmaking extraordinaire, you can't make three customers multiple sandwich orders at the same time. So needless to say, inattempting to handle several orders at once he was making mistakes on our order. Then acting like my mother and I were wrong tocorrect him and ask that he make our sandwiches one at a time. I reported it on their website and the manager quickly respondedthat they would speak to the team, but per the reviews on Google, they clearly have this issue consistently. I will not bereturning. For Subway locations, this one is pretty good. The ingredients are fine and the employees are usually pretty nice. We had issues... with a location on Westheimer that keeps us coming here for lunch. My only gripe, and I don't know if this is locationspecific, is that the bread has gotten awfully thin. The sandwiches still taste great and same amount of ingredients, but it'snot as filling as it used to be. Read more

I just wanted to let you know that as my first time at this facility and the best part of this trip was the person that actually... helped me and his name is Ariel Flores. The spinach was old and the person that was not helping me kept telling me it was fresh.Fresh spinach does not look Brown, soggy or wilted. I just want to let Alex the manager know that Ariel did a fabulous job inhis customer service and I hope he continues to do well. Thank you for assisting me Ariel. I did not have any other complaintsor compliments other than that. If the other staff member did not interrupt Ariel I would not have made this review. Read more

I always have the best experience when I eat at this subway. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The cookies are some... of the best cookies I have ever tasted and the staff greets all customers that walk in the door with a cheerful "Hi welcome tosubway". Leesa is one of the best subway employees I have ever experienced. She memorized my order and makes it perfectly everytime! Even today when my sandwich was being made she asked the customer behind me how her dog was doing with it's separationanxiety because she remembered that detail from a previous conversation/day. Leesa had her order memorized as well. So wellmemorized, in fact, that the customer didn't even remember what cheese she normally gets but Leesa knew. I go to this Subwayeveryday I work for lunch and I can't think of a better place I'd rather go. Thanks Subway for making the best sandwiches ever! Read more

I would like to begin this with: I?ve never left a bad review in my life. I hate the idea of it bc I know, as a previous Subway... employee, that they can sometimes be unreasonable or rude; but I had a terrible experience at the Subway location I went to.(Additionally: this is a copied and pasted email; on my receipt was the general manager?s email for comments and concerns, buthe did not respond). I had a coupon for 2 6-inch meal deals for $10. I ordered a tuna sandwich and a rotisserie chicken. The manwho made my sandwich put the tuna on the wrong side of the sandwich bread (which isn?t my big complaint but was nonethelessfrustrating). When he made my rotisserie chicken sandwich, he didn?t use the full scoop to put my chicken on the sandwich. Hescooped twice, both times using less than half of the scoop for it. So, naturally, I asked for a little more, since I, aprevious Subway employee, know the correct portions for meat on sandwiches. He added just enough to make it the correct portionfor rotisserie chicken. I heard his coworker say, ?Oh, so it?s double meat?? And he said, ?yeah.? This left me feeling veryconfused, frustrated as he made the rest of my sandwich. When the female employee (her name on the receipt is Jaleesa) rang meup, I told her, ?Hey, I used to be a Subway employee so I know the correct portions for the meat, and the rotisserie chicken wasnot double meat.? And she just said, ?Yes, it was, it was two scoops.? I wanted to complain, but her air of attitude left mefeeling helpless, so I put my card in the reader without saying how unjustified it is to charge me for something I DID NOTGET. I?m not sure how to approach this, but I do not believe it?s fair for me to be charged $1.50 for something I didn?t evenask for. Read more
