Ordered a meatball marinara. Got two whole meatballs in my stale bread. Also ordered chips and a coke. Charged for sandwich and... chips, paid, then asked where's my coke? If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in and purchased a sandwich, once the cashier charged me for my order she thought it... would have been okay to add a tip for herself and the gentleman that made the sandwich that I didn?t authorize. Horrible service...understaffed. Has to wait10 minutes and was only second in line. Then when I placed my order they didn't have... the bread I wanted...so I optioned. Then they put twice the amount of cheese. Had to ask then to take it off. Both the lettuceand spinach looked days old (to warm maybe?) Then when I asked for onion the said they had none. How do you run out of onion(most popular vegetable in the world) Just sounds like they were to lazy to me. Anyway, I walked out without getting anything.Plenty of other choices in food court. Very rude Manager. Had to wait more than 20 minutes. I understand it is day after christmas, but they had no additional staff to... help. Most of the time manager was away. lady making sandwich use to leave sandwich halfway and go to check out counter and thencome back and make sandwich again. When I said to manager that it is too slow, why dont you take care of counter, his reply wasthere is Mcdonald they are fast. Go there and eat. Pathetic service? waited for 15 minutes.. and the guy was just staring and not interested to take orders.
