The lady there had a terrible attitude. She gets frustrated when you ask specific requests. Didn't even get to eat. Soon as I walked in a guy eating at the table turns around and stares at me then looks at the woman... behind the counter who is cleaning out all the bins. She doesn't greet me but says "Yes?" And never stops what she's doing toseem like she was interested in helping me. I asked if they were open considering all the bins were pulled up. She said "yes"but never got off the counter she was cleaning. Maybe they are not use to seeing white people in there and thought I was in thewrong place. I just walked out. Great people and great food. I love a good subway sandwich, polite people and great service also make it nice. Love it.
Super ghetto area. There are bars around the entire store to protect it from burglars or bad guys. Staff seemed unfriendly. Fast... service! Compared to other subways I wouldn't go it's to dangerous. Across the street there were dangerous looking folks readyto rob. At a local carwash. Store also looked old. Plaza also looked as if it was in ruins. My opinions I suppose. Read more
This location can get busy around lunch time. The staff is normally quick and pleasant.
12/02/22 appearance of employees is ridiculous, this is basic training when you are around or handling food you must wear your... hair neatly and wear a hair net. Employees Linda had hat almost falling off no hair net and hair in her face that's notacceptable I have experience in fast food and that is absolutely ridiculous and off putting to witness as I am in line orderingmy food. She is so quiet you can't even hear her . Then the Hispanic lady who was handling the money kept touching her face andand my items as I was paying wich was gross. And her hair was a mess looked like she rolled out of bed n threw her hair net on. This is not the only time employees look like they just rolled out of bed and threw on dirty uniform. This store always hasbad looking employees and the lettuce always looks brown maybe cover it n keep it cool so it can last longer . Who is the GM atthis location they Need to train employees and assistant managers to do basic things that they apparently can't do.
