Stopped in to get a couple of sandwiches. The girl making my sandwiches got offended whn I told her to put the strings from her... bracelet in her glove because they were dragging across the food. I ordered on the subway app and I put that I wanted the order at 6 pm but their app malfunctioned and said it will be ready at... 3:15pm instead when I specifically put for 6pm . I called the restaurant right away and they rejected or ignored the calls .They had sufficient time to fix their apps mistake . However they answered 30 mins later and they told me they had already madethem and admitted to ignoring the calls. When knowingly they are supposed to answer and ask the person to hold on.
