They only had wheat or white bread..The toppings are very few to choose from and the meat selection was scarce...I was charged... wrong and I paid with a credit card and the manager did not know how to do a refund so she suggested I picked something to makeup for the mistake...She gave me two cookies they only had raisins cookies and macadamia cookies...Like I said not that manychoices to choose from. Although only staffed by one person when I visited, which was around 9:00 PM, he was extremely friendly and conscientious. Good... sandwich, too. One negative was that they only had 2 or 3 choices of breads at the time, but one of them was my choice (wheat)so I didn't knock them for that in my rating. Read more
I hate to give them one star! They are the RUDEST people in customer service. From refusing to make the salad the way I want... (very little lettuce) , to slamming my change down on the counter. Then refusing to give me management information to file acomplaint. Good luck eating at this restraunt I can assure you me nor my family will never eat there again!! Read more
Second subway I?ve been to in this area that close earlier than it says. The sign is lit up with open but the door is locked.... The employee literally seen me pull up and then Went to the back to hide. To make it worse he had the nerves to come to thefront to check if the door was locked. If I could give -5 stars I would. Lit up "open" sign, as well as a sign that says it is open until 10:00 PM, yet door locked and no sign of an employee anywhere.... This is consistent so I am assuming they close much earlier than that so I do not understand why this is not fixed? It isextremely annoying to come here knowing it is closed for no reason. Also, whenever I do find this place open, there is alwaysshort on something. Sometimes meatballs, sometimes steak, it is always something. Absolute skimpiest on toppings. Instead of double meat I think it was Half the meat of a 6?. The guy in front of me asked for... extra olives on his foot long, and received maybe 4 or 5 tiny olive slices. Really??? I hate that this subway always has issues with doordash i cannot ever have a smooth experience. They dont take care of the... orders and if i had the choice to order from a different location i would.
