Worst customer service i have EVER experience. Placed an order that they ended up not honoring and then when speaking to the... manager about it i was hung up on. Waisted my whole lunch time here and ended up just walking put with nothing. Stood in line 30 minutes while they had 3 people... working, kept messing my sub up (was a veggie, they put chicken on it and I told them no and they took it off but continued tomake it a veggie instead of remaking it), and then stood at the register with sub sitting there to pay for like 5 minutes whilethey helped other people. I couldnt wait anymore for more, so just walked out with nothing. Here I am late to work with no food.Never go there again especially when there is a location right on West Rd. Read more
