Please hire someone that can read order. Today Sunday I ordered 4 sandwiches and none of them are right. Rotisserie chickens... for 2 sandwiches but none of them are rotisserie and I asked 1 of them to be non siracha but all four have siracha. Also thechicken and bacon I ordered has no bacon on it like what are you doing? Working while be delusional at the same time? Great experience. Today (8/24), my brother and I went in for brunch and immediately noticed it was kind of busy. The lady that... took our order was very knowledgeable and remembered everything without having to repeat ourselves. We knew she was the onlyperson working so we were more than understanding of the wait time. Having worked at a restaurant I know first hand thatsometimes being understaffed is just expected. The lady was on point with everything and fast paced she got everyone out as fastas she could being the only one there. Would definitely go back there, food was delicious and warm! Read more

We ordered through the online app. When I checked in John immediately came out to inform me that something I ordered was not... available. I asked if there was a way to get a refund and he stated no but he would make a call to see what he can do. After acouple minutes he came back and presented me with some options. Once we selected what I wanted he adjusted quickly to the changeand handed me my food fast! Thank you soo much John! I appreciate your hard work. I will definitely be back if John is working!???????? I came to order a sandwich and they only had like 3 vegetable options to choose from. The guacamole was turning greenish brown.... Disgusting. When I asked the lady if she had fresh vegetables in the back she replied we will get more when we run out. Horribleservice. I told her she can stop making my sandwich and I left. Read more

I've eaten here a few times, usually with no complaints. But my last two visits were disappointing. A week ago I stopped in at... night and was told there was no bread made. The girl who was working was sitting in the dining area at a table with herboyfriend. She didn't wash her hands when she went behind the counter to start handling food. Today my husband and I went backand both of us became ill almost immediately after finishing our sandwiches. Which probably means something was contaminated.And the guy working today was not friendly, did not greet us, and didn't say thank you or come again. We won't be going back! Read more
