I went in for breakfast Monday morning, a lady named Rossy had extremely rude, mean and aggressive attitude. First i thought its... a Monday she might be having a bad day. I smiled, greeted and talked very generously to make her feel good. But still very rudebehavior. She was persistent not to put more than 3 olives on bread even requesting 3 times. She showed me a paper which saysshe is not allowe to put more than 3 olives on sandwich. She charged me $8.90 for ?no meat? breakfast sandwich. After irequested to recheck price she reduced to $6.16. The bread i ate was stale nd hard so i requested her if she can change thebread pls. After me a lady bought 3 sandwiches nd 2 large drinks - she charged her $3 nd change. Other customers that walked inone by one- she was greeting them nd being kind to them. I asked for managers number- she very aggressively said she is themanager, and - rude stare nd gave a fictitious boss name. Its sad to see that she is so rude nd discriminating towards certainpeople nd charging pennies for sandwiches to certain customers. Customer service attitude is beyond comprehension. Read more
