Tonight I went in to pick up my order and it was completely wrong. I ddn't go back because I took an uber. My receipt said... exactly what I ordered and yet still it was wrong. I want a refund issued to my card. Besides the mistake the guy at the frontcounter was very nice. Read more
Didn?t catch his name but the cashier closing on 8/29/2021 was such a hard worker and sweetheart. He was very attentive and... helpful and I hope management acknowledges and value him not only as a good worker but as an amazing person in general. Read more
Not too happy. Ordered 2 six inch subs (steak melts), employee had a hard time cutting the bread, applying the toppings, and... when the bell rang from tbe stove my food smelt burnt. Not cool. Read more
Very disappointing. Second time ordering from this location. First time, order was called in, got home after picking it up and... found the order not prepared to order. Mistakes happen, ordered from the website this time and even worse. Why does a websitegive you options if the person working is going to make what they want anyway? Family over today so the order had extra cookiesand chips ordered. Not only was the order not correct but my daughter had to call home when she picked up the order to confirmflavors because the correct cookies were not made. (Which were given when the order was placed) Still didn?t get the flavors orquantities correct. Spent over $50 and they can?t put a paper napkin in the bag? Collectively a disappointing experience withthis location which has made Jason?s Deli even more appealing. Read more

Look! How awful this bread is! They lost piece and still served it to client. In addition, the guy made this sandwich was like... on his period, like someone owes him money without paying it back.
