The best Subway I have ever been in my whole life is this one!! I have been to a lot of subways all across the United States... since I travel a lot. This is by far the best Subway I have ever been to. The way they prepare the food was great. It Lookedlike out of a magazine! The actual restaurant where the food is prepared looked very clean. My team had a big event this past weekend, and we chose this Subway location to feed all our attendees. We want to give a big... thanks to Lilly who helped us with our order via telephone. She was super nice and attentive. We really appreciate the hasslefree experience. We bought enough food to feed over 100 people at a good price. This is the third time I order for delivery from this location and while I have had better experiences my experience today was... terrible. I ordered on the app and forgot to add a note with the name of the person that would receive the delivery. I calledthe store as quickly as I could to get a note added in with the name of the person. They told me it was taken care of. A fewminutes later i received a message from the person telling me how they had to deal with an angry delivery person telling themthat their time had been wasted. How rude! Obviously no one is trying to waste anyones time and the fact that the app doesn?tallow for any changes to instructions after the order is placed played a large part in the issue. Regardless of these issuesthere was no need for rudeness from the delivery person or for the store employee to tell me it was taken care of when itclearly was not. I am quite upset and disappointed in this service and if I could I would remove the tip given to the driver forthe 7 minute drive to the delivery site. I?d say if you can skip using delivery do it because the service is terrible. Read more
