Well I?m start it off I never heard of the customer being wrong , second I don?t think a manager should correct a employee while... they still in progress of making an order, Third day employee Valerie that was working around 5 PM On October Was making mysandwich exactly how I requested she was fast and accurate and making my sandwich though the person over her felt that she wasdoing something wrong by giving me extra because after I had politely said that I would pay extra The person in side her keeptelling her no that?s not how it is done Valerie never once responded to the lady who is attempting to correct her I spoke upfor her and said she?s making the sandwich how I requested the lady then decided to take it upon herself to speak to me in avery very disrespectful manner that had just killed my appetite and I decided at that point I no longer want it my sandwich wellher justification of correct in the lady was that corporate would be upset to see that she is giving me Extra pickles as I hadrequested and was going to pay for at this point I walked out and Will never spend my money there again Although I do feel thatValerie was given excellent customer service and I feel bad that she has to work in such a hostile work environment which isagainst the law so I felt that it was my duty to leave a review in hopes that the court route will see and correct the personover seeing her by letting them know the customer is always right especially whenever they are paying and willing to pay extrafor exactly what they want Read more

I ordered 2 footlongs online. I specifically ordered them to add double meat to both and barley got one serving! Also I got one... sub without any cheese or extra mayo! I'm completely scared to order online from this location! I don't want to just give awaymy hard earned money for less than my expectations! If you've experienced getting robbed, then u might know how I feel rightnow! I even went and submitted a grievance with the corporate SUBWAY and still haven't gotten a reply an it's been almost 2weeks since I reported! Something grimy is going on with restaurants when you can't even get what you pay for or reimbursed! NOONLINE SUBWAYS FOR THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! Read more

I went in the day of my wedding (7/9/22) to get a quick bite well it didn't go as planned. The lady that was there was... disrespectful and told me she couldn't put pepper on my sandwich nor could she sell them separately so I left with nothing.Subway you need to train your employees better Read more

i don?t normally leave reviews but here it goes. i went to this subway and they only had one lady working there. i feel like... they should hire more people in this location. not only that but she ran out of a lot of things. i didn?t give her a hard timebecause it?s not her fault. she was so sweet and even though they didn?t have what i wanted, i was still able to make somethingdelicious from what was available. i?m gonna leave a 5 star just because of that nice lady! It's a small Subway, clean. The first time I went one worker was on the phone while the other was throwing trash away. There... were 2 other people ahead of me waiting on someone to serve them. The one cleaning came back in washed her hands and proceededto make customers requests. She finished the first customer and started the second when the other employee finally got of thephone and came out. The second employee finished the customers order and the first started and proceeded to make mysandwich. The second time I went in there was a different employee with the same woman who was on the phone the lady time I wasthere. The new employee fixed mine as well as 2 other people's subs while the other woman was behind the main wall doing I don'tknow what. I did find out you can't get an extra half meat and cheese but you can double it. I always get half meat and cheeseadded. The sub was good I did notice the lettuce was wetter than usual. Food was a mess. Order was not correct. Had to go back to the store. Will never go back to that location. Where's my lettuce? I... asked for double meat! Employees not concerned. Waited on other customers before correcting my order. I had to ask for my food.Never again! Read more
