9/4/22 This location closes at 8 pm. I arrived at 7:33 pm to find an employee looking through, then locking the front door. I... was surprised because I knew the place wasn't closed yet. I pulled on the locked door and she came to crack it open, (not fullyopen the door) and I told her I had a mobile order. She proceeds to lock the door AGAIN, go get my sandwich, and unlock the dooragain. Of course when I left, it was locked again. I've been to this Subway 6 times and I've had a negative experience half thetime. I will no longer be coming to this location. This experience was without a doubt the worst experience I have had at anyrestaurant ever. The employee never said a word to me. The 1 star reviews that this Subway has are all earned. They cater to those customers who are on their phones, more than customers that just want one sandwich. So your waiting longer... than you need too. The menu has changed. All word menu now. No more pictures of sandwiches listed above. No interest to orderanything when you can't see what the sandwich that you really want, would look like. Bring back the old subway menu, and bringback English speaking employees. Or do us all a favor, shut this place down. I will never eat here again...???????? We could alluse a Panda Express at this location. At least they speak English. And they work well under pressure...???? Read more

They need one more person here seriously. There are only two Hispanic ladies working. They are both new. I know because I come... here all the time. The food is fine. The problem is that they have no clue what they are doing. They take forever and I meanforever. Last week I was on the line for 30 minutes? line way out to the door. And they just look confused. I honestly feel badfor them. Seems like they haven?t had the proper training. And then I?m Hispanic my parents barely speak English? so I know whenyou gotta hustle you gotta hustle?these ladies don?t speak any English at all which is fine for me but they don?t even try tospeak English they speak Spanish to everyone and just expect non Spanish speakers to understand? it?s terrible. I also thinkthey hate each other every time I come in I hear them like using little micro aggressions back and forth.. because they?restressed that they don?t know what they?re doing. I arrived at 11:15 am Sunday morning at Subway on Katy Freeway 11177 B , Katy Frwy Houston TX 77079. I tried to order breakfast... and was approached by a Hispanic man about middle age. He could not speak English to take my order and I ask if anyone else washere that could help me, he said no! I was very disappointed and on my way to work. I don't understand how and why they wouldoperate business like this, at least have someone there working bilingual . Read more

The manager was arguing with the employee in front of customers, plus he was so easily frustrated with a new employee which was... obviously not trained yet. The manager couldn't even make my sandwich right. He couldn't even slice it nicely and scrunched itup after taking it out of the bread warmer. I was trying to give this location a chance but they NEVER have the fresh infusedjuice working. The soda machine even needed new soda cartridges. Read more

I went to this location for lunch and took 1 hour to get my food. Would of been a lot faster if the employees focused on 1... customer but they seem to get sidetracked easily. Instead if finishing an order before starting another, they start another andlose track of the orders. Employees seem to lack the training to efficiently get orders out in an orderly fashion.
