Rude manager "Aury" refused to give me my food, even when I showed my confirmation email from postmates, receipt and text... message showing my order was ready for pickup. The cashier from the gas station had to intervene and give me my food. I willnever order from this subway again. Rude customer service and a hassle when ordering through an outside source. This was handsdown the worst experience ive had when picking up food. To make matters worse one of my sandwiches was prepared wrong. Read more
Ordered online. Very easy pickup. The sandwiches were delicious. The steak teriyaki had too much sauce and was leaking all over.
July 2 2022 - DONT USE THE APP they will mess up your order! They made the sandwichs (4 of them) the regular way instead of... being customized the way we order them. No cheese, no avocado which was charged extra, DO NOT LEAVE THIS PLACE UNTIL YOU CHECKYOUR ORDER!!! NEVER have we had a problem with this location, we love ordering from here in person and online. The older ladiesthere are super nice! BUT today they had young girls, who cuts the sandwich with the paper? The sandwiches were all sloppy andonce you pick it up everything fell out, the lettuce looked old, the bread was stiff, when we picked up they had anothercostumer complaining about their order being wrong. One star is being generous. I order true Doordash and what I received looks piked up from a dumpster. Attached is my order and... what I received. Artisan Italian ???? ?? Meat balls ?? Pepper jack ?? It is nice to customize your sandwich at Subway but sometimes I just can't be bothered and would rather get an item with set... ingredients. Anyway, first time to have Subway in a while and chose this location because it says open 24h. Got foot long BajaSteak n' Jack and Spicy Italian sandwiches. The lady who helped us was very nice and was a real pro. Sandwiches were tasty andloved them. If I go to Subway again it will be this location. Read more
This subway is open 24 hours in the gas station. The staff is very helpful and great in customer service. They where training... today a new lady and had to wait a little longer, but it?s okay with me. Everyone has the learn new skills on a job. Keep up thegood work! Read more
simply poor service, the girls there have an attitude with the clients and apparently don?t know how to read. I ordered using... the app and send someone else to pick it up for me, i also gave them the screenshot of the order confirmation to show it at theplace... the wouldn?t give the person i send my food because that wasn?t the confirmation, even though i always show them that,so i had to go myself to pick it up.
