why do the hours say 10 when the two employees closed the store at 9:40 and were just in the store sitting down.
I have brought my youth group here a couple of times and Kadi and the other staff are always super helpful, quick, and very... accommodating to our large group to get our order handled fast. They serve us with care and always welcome us with a smile. Theyalso were so helpful in handling a catering order I placed for one of our church's youth events and they tackled it swiftly andhad great communication, calling to check in on specifics for the order and had the subway platter ready early. The 2 guys working there were not friendly at all. There was one person ahead of us and she was already done with her order when... started ours. We told them the 3 sandwiches we wanted but they still couldn't get it right. And then acted like we didn't knowwhat WE were talking about and were disgusted by us. Our orders were simple. We didn't order anything complicated so I didn'tunderstand the confusion or reason for getting upset. They never asked if we wanted combos. It seemed as though they just wantedus to go. I went in to pick up my online order, I stood behind another man that was ahead of me and listened to he and the employee behind... the counter complaining about mobile orders and people being too ?lazy? to order in person. After their conversation, I kindlypicked up my mobile order. After arriving home I realized that all 3 of my sandwiches were made with the wrong bread and to topit off, one of my sandwiches had a hair in it. In the past when I?ve come, the employees were slow and seemed as if they didn?twant to be there. I have yet to have a good experience here. Just drive a few extra miles to the next nearest Subway, it?ll beworth it. Read more
