Lady was short handed I get it, Im a patient person but when you don't have a sandwich I wanted ok I can pick something else. I... ask for a 20oz drink and point to the drinks in the cooler because I saw they had half the fountain drinks taped off cause theywere out then charge me for a cup then tell me I can't exchange it for a bottled drink. Today will be the last time I visit this particular establishment. I was helped by the most disrespectful server, who thought it... was ok to degrade a customerin another language. Every item I asked to put on my sandwich came with a loud sigh, an eye roll,and a expletives in Spanish. Just placed an order online thinking it would be easier....it wasnt. 3 out of 4 sandwiches were correct but one was completely... wrong. I asked for wheat and got white, asked for cheese and got no cheese, asked for lettuce and tomato but got spinach and notomato. Pathetic Place! My family went here to eat at 1800 hrs and they had run out of basic ingredients. Instead of politely suggesting... that they cannot serve - they took the order and created the smallest and meatless wrap ever made. This is not the first timethis outlet has served this kind. Management needs to look into who is serving there and if they are adequately trained. I , arrived to the business on 04/05/2019 in the evening time . First thing I noticed is that they no longer had any lettuce. I... , also observe some small roaches under the register as I , was paying . I dislike roaches . I end up throwing away my sandwichdue to possible roaches feces . I worked In the restaurant industry before and I made sure that there where not any insects orcreatures in the business. My staff and I , made sure everything was very clean for customers to eat . No one should have toworry if there food is good enough to be eaten . I am not asking for a refund or free food. Just want to let the staff know thatthey need to do something to be cleaner. I ordered online plenty of times since I work in the same complex. I leave my place of business to come and get food and it?s... always on point. But today I order a salad and it was not ready for over 15 minutes after the order was placed. I walked in andthere was nobody in the store except the lady working there ( little bit older) while talking to a personal friend I assume.
