Gave this place a shot and like most places now, being run by teenagers with the social skills of a damp towel. Had to change my... selection multiple times because they didn?t have ingredients ready for them. This is not a business. If I were the manager, Iwould fire myself. Worst subway ever !!! We ordered from 2 other subways which had the understanding to call and let us know they did not have what... we ordered (meatball sub). This subway did not either and then waited for us to show up and not refund us for the order. Shesaid multiple times they can?t do anything regarding the situation. Wow this place is just amazing I had an incident upon getting to the location and the manager cleared it up so respectfully and... professionally. I was the idiot in the situation but she did not make me feel like I was. She needs a promotion or a raise therea lot of location that need someone like her. My experience here surpassed my expectations never have a received customerservice like this before. She is a young manager but it is clear as day why she is the manager.
