The people working here dont even understand english! Like how do you not know what spinach means and you work in a sub place?

Said they were open online, lights were on inside when I showed up, door was locked and no one inside could be seen.

They couldn't understand me very well when I said things and ended up adding things I didn't want, was busy with coworkers... instead of making sure they got my order right, I had asked for a drink 3 times and she ignored me which checking out the orderand didn't give me a drink with the order! What can you say? It's Subway. But I do have to say that the staff at this location is pretty on the ball in serving customers... quickly while at the same time filling online orders. That can't be an easy task to juggle. Read more

one of the better subways out there, a lot of them can get sketchy. only somewhat confused how the price of my order keeps... changing but what i order is always the same. sometimes its $6 sometimes its $10 and it usually averages out to around $8 Read more

I am visiting from Chicago where I have had the steak and cheese chipotle wrap and it was delicious. Therefore when I went to... Subway I ordered the same wrap again and this time it was nasty. The meat was scraped from the bottom of the container and didnot look fresh. When I got to my children?s apartment the wrap was terrible and I first attempted to call and complain but noanswer. I then got in my vehicle and drove approximately 8 - 10 miles and when I asked for a refund they tired to not give itto me. After asking the ladies if they were refusing to return my money they then took $7.00 from the register and wanted me totake that and when I asked was the tax a penny they then gave me the correct change. I love subway but this one really made my co- worker upset. We got the food and it look like they threw it together it was so... messy and they did not complete the sandwiches the way we wanted them. i know during lunch time you get busy but customers comefirst. this was my first bad experience with subway. We are very disappointed. i ordered the subway club and they only put oneof each meat it was thin and dry. never eating here again. i hate when people do this to their customers. its not all about themoney its customer service and your lunch crew on 2-2 15 did not have any at all. i feel bad for your company.
