No bathrooms. No place for anyone to wash their hands. They literally said: "hand sanitizer works fine." I'm pretty sure that is... a health code violation. Staff was completely lost. Horrible Subway. Read more

Came in for a late dinner tonight with my family. A young man by the name of Gotti did the Lord's work when making our... sandwiches. They call these guys sandwich artists? Ordered my meal online for curbside, my order online said it was going to be ready by 12:25 pm. I was sitting outside waiting... until almost 12:50 I had to call them and tell them I was outside. I wish I could give 0 stars subways is supposed to be so fast they are so slow they literally take one person at a time so if... your in a hurry do not come! Then the lady is rude she has an attitude for whatever reason I do not recommend coming here go toa better one!! Read more

Worst subway to order from! I have had orders be messed up on multiple occasions by this location. They?ve lost orders and... completely get the order wrong when they do find it. Nobody answers the phone when I call to try and get the issue resolved. Themanager does nothing to hold employees accountable. If you order for delivery, just know you will be waiting forever, because I was there to pick up a order and I still got skipped... over while they were making other customers orders that were there. So if u order a delivery order just know your orders don?tmatter to the people working there even if the driver is physically there to pick up the order. Giving it 1 star because this is the third time I have a bad experience here... I don't think the owner cares about this place... because if I was the owner and this was my business, I would make sure it was running smoothly. There was only 1 lady workingand struggling with everything. There were no "real juices" ready, you know, the ones they make that have strawberry and otherfruits. No tea. So, I had to get the lemonade but when I tasted it, it was nothing but carbonated water. It had absolutely notaste. Some flavors were out. I had left already so I'm stuck with no drink. Also, I could also tell other customers were upsetthey were out of drink options. The sandwich was fine. I can't blame the employee that was there. She was trying her bestgiven that she was the only one and she was trying to process online and in-person orders. I blame the owner because this is thethird time I go to this location and it is the same thing. Nothing to drink and limited and overwhelmed staff.
