I went in trying to order a salad and a foot long. The lady working there was rude as soon as i walked in saying “i only have... white bread and my toaster isn’t working”, she said it in a rude manner, I ignored her attitude and waited in line, once shewas done she asked what i wanted and i was going to say “chicken bacon ranch salad” but before i could utter the words shecut me off rudely saying “I don’t got chicken for that” and just walked away. This place is horrible!!! the manager is consistently rude and obviously hate her job. They have only 2 types of bread, nothing... to properly build a sandwich. Not to mention they have a big ashy sticker across the glass covering the 3 things they have andgot the nerve to get upset when you ask for things THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO HAVE! the energy is dead and uncomfortable! they donteven cut your sandwich in half! Please please change management or ownership. This used to be a really good location, but for the past few times I’ve been... patient cause things happen especially with staffing being really hard. But, now its been 3-4 months, its better they just closedown and open whenever they’re ready. They literally didn’t have half of the items. Here is the list of only what im awareof Grilled chicken Teriyaki chicken Beef Olives Mayo No cookies at all Only White and wheat bread available Now comes theemployee part. We walked in and the employee was sitting in the dining area on her phone, and she didn’t look like she wantedto be there. We waited to tell her what bread to start with and she was on her phone giggling away talking, while we waited.Finally she started making the sandwiches telling us half the stuff we wanted they were out of. And while she was making thesandwiches she was just piling everything on top. So we sat down to eat, and she went to the back and started playing her ownmusic on the system!!! And let me tell you this was not appropriate songs for a restaurant establishment. And it was loud! Likeshe literally turned it into a night club. I have videos, hopefully i can upload. They were out of stock on almost everything. They were out of breads, meats, cheeses, drinks. I had to take what they had or... nothing. The staff looked like they didn’t want to make the sandwiches. Maybe find a job that makes you happy cause subwayain’t it. lol I will report the service and inventory problem to corporate. I have the time, date and employee name. Ghetto subway. Went tonight about 8:55 because I wanted a sandwich n get there they have the doors locked so as I walked away I... called and no one answers. Finally see an employee but he was cleaning up. Why have your open sign on and hours say open until10pm to close down so early. This subway is the worst subway I’ve ever been in my whole entire life. When I was trying to order the lady that is supposedly... the manager, yelled at me, hurrying us up. The windows to see the different foods were covered by the subway sticker so it wasvery blurry, so I don’t understand how we’re supposed to look thru it and try to hurry. Also the guy there was very patientbut pretty slow while the lady wasn’t no where near patient. They had only some vegetables, not that many options for softdrinks either, just sprite, dr. Pepper, and coke. Once we were about to pay the lady asked us in a really awful attitude, whatsauces we had, we tried to tell her then she yelled, “No, meat”. This subway only takes cash too. I travel a lot and eat at a Subway almost daily. This location was probably the least desirable store I've been in. The staff... was nice but not professional at all on the two times I visited this location. My first visit was in the late morning, around10:30. I asked for the egg and bacon sandwich. I was told they didn't serve the breakfast sandwiches there even though it wasclearly listed on the menu on the wall. My personal opinion is, they need to replace the store manager. Read more
THIS GHETTO LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN . First thing i noticed as soon as i walk in was a black female with a bonnet on,... SUPER unprofessional. She had the worst attitude making my sandwich and didn’t even make it right . I don’t understand whypeople work jobs that they HATE . She needs to work somewhere else because making peoples food with that attitude is not okay.She never greeted me or anything just mugged us the whole time . Never again . Don’t waste your money here.
