Went in here to eat im in a wheelchair and was treated so rude by female employees it's ridiculous, she said we don't serve home... by. Made me pay twice for my order. Placed an online order and when I when to pick up employee told me that she can?t make it... because the system didn?t receive the order, I showed her my order and the payment I made, pointing out that I did had the rightlocation. She even agreed that I paid for it but then she proceeds to tell me that she couldn?t do anything because the managerwas not there. She could have just SIMPLY just make the order that I had paid for, but instead she just suggested for me to talkto my bank and pay again for another sub and chips. Terrible customer service. Ordered online at 3:04 PM, told the pick up time was at 3:20PM. Got there at exactly 3:20PM for them to not have even started... our food. The tracking said it was ready for pickup. They also had 3 other orders in front of ours that weren?t done as well. Read more
So yesterday of course as everyone knows Subway was offering the free innies bring the free any 6" on the new menu roll out... allow I went to this location and was immediately greeted by Elena, who was completely one of the rudest people I have everencountered in history of me going to Subway not only being a former employee but a regular patron. This was the only Subwaymaking people purchase something.... but for Elena,you are rude and you shouldn't be working with people. You knew all monthlong that this day was coming so for you to act like it was a problem to work you shouldn't have been there at all. Read more
They made my roasted chicken sandwich into rotisserie chicken because the lady didn?t read it properly. And when i went back to... store they only said they can only replace 6 inch instead of footlong. I left them my sandwich and came out. Poor Read more

We was waiting for like 10 minutes the old Hispanic lady was talking to a guy by the eating tables I told her can she plz help... us cause is my daughter eat at school lunch was about to be over she rudely wave me off. I don?t recommend this subway. Read more
