11/13 8:20pm got there and ordered 2 turkey bacon avocado with mozzarella. They didn?t have the Avocado but didn?t tell us until... the end. I asked if they could replace the avocado with a different thing, they said NO. We asked for a discount, they said NO,we can call the manager to see. Cmon. The avocado is one of the main ingredients, you don?t have it, replace it! I ended uppaying for only one of the sandwiches, but I should just leave and eat somewhere else. The 2 employees couldn?t communicate andaren?t proactive. Didn?t tell us they ran out of avocado before so we could order a different thing. Terrible. I ended up havinga weird sub. Read more

Came back here today at 2pm this is my 3rd time coming I really liked this subway but not any more.. Very bad attitudes poor ... customer service I asked to speak to manager they told me it wasn't a manager there. I came here and got a turkey and ham saladand I got 2 meals of the day.. I never asked for double on anything they charged me double for everything and the charged me forbacon and I never asked for it I asked for my money back they refused and acted like they couldn't speak English I don't knowwhy a manager wouldn't be there or someone there that speaks English I asked for a number I found it on my own the receipt Istill have. And My sister got charged for double meat also I don't know why this happened but people check your receipt because5 dollars from 10 people is a come up so just think and they just robbed us and I still have my receipt... I been to many subways & I never had an issue until I came to This location !! I started ordering my food at 8pm & they told me... the dining room Was close at 8pm!!! When the store closes at 10. Cool ? I was doing laundry next door & I see people dining inafter 9pm? Like what ?? . One of the workers was very rude also like it?s already hard to speak with a mask on & they want tokeep being rude . She touch my sandwich after touching her hat & mask but why start an argument you know . I want to speak to amanager ASAP !! For 2 things . Why they told me & my spouse dining room was close at 8pm & for the rudeness of the employees onJuly 29th closing shift !!. & To top it off ? very shady on the cheese like we not paying extra for It . Horrible customer service. I've been her a couple of times and my other experiences were about a 4 or 5. I went the other day... and I just couldn't believe how bad it was. There were 2 workers. The younger employee was kinda quiet, but seemed nice. The onethat was older had horrible, horrible customer service, very bad experience. I recommend not to come here at all. Read more
