If i could give zero stars i would. i ordered a CURBSIDE pickup & the new lady decided to send the other new lady out to tell me... i need to come inside to get it? i should be ready by now so why is she asking me to come in for it to be made? well the ladyinside claimed to have called me when she NEVER DID & she said they didnt have italian herb & cheese bread which is fine but foryou to lie about calling me to my face when i have zero missed calls & act all high & mighty when i correct you is absurd &unprofessional. Went there tonight. Must say the young lady who made my sandwich was super sweet.
The online system was great to take my money and my sandwich order. However when I got there the employee asked me to read the... receipt and then proceeded to tell me that they don't have any roast beef. So good job on taking my money. The alternativesandwich she made me was okay but not what I wanted. I'm sure they'll be back up to speed down the road. Read more
I understand people are tired near closing time, and I?ll respectfully not come like 5 min near the end but it?s 40 min till... closing time doors are lock and the worker had other individuals in eating even though they can clearly see me. That?s justbeing lazy. Read more

I have just experienced the worst visit ever in a Subway? this has to be the worst/laziest and they clearly do not care about... their customers. My pick up order was picked up from someone else and I was not helped out at all. Even with theinconvenience/money lost of someone coming in and picking MY order, I offered to show proof of identity and the card that wasused but no.. There was nothing at all these two ladies working did for me but ask each other haven?t this order been picked upalready?. I definitely understand people can be dishonest but I shouldn?t have had to suffer because of this. I do recommend youvisit any other Subway but this one. Read more
