There was a Hispanic lady working her teenage children were helping mop? she was very polite and most importantly the children... were very well behaved and respectful!!!! I ordered a sandwich on the app which it says that this location closed at 10:00 pm and place my order at 8:50 went to pickup... and the they closed at 9:00 even though that it was there fault for not coordinating with the app for closing time I was ok witha refund but they couldn't do it at the moment and told me that they will be doing it next day first thing, and again I was okwith it. The never refund anything so I stop by 4 days later to see what's going on with my money and again I was told next dayall this went on for a month with me stoping by 4 times to the store and they never fix it, they are so incompetent to do asimple refund which it takes no longer than a minute, so I ended it up calling my card company which the refund the money on thesame call ???? no issues. And it's not about the money 'cos is not much but it's about the principal. Open early and closes late,the hot soup is great to get a cold morning going.
My experience at this location was horrible. The service was very bad The girl helping me has a problem with color. She was very... rude and when I talk to her nice on the side about it she was even more rude.
