My Co-worker order food through door dash and received her sandwich with a knife in it. They have yet to refund her as they... stated they would and they never even seemed concerned that one of their employees made this mistake. The insurance lady whoreached out and was a bit rude stating to her that she not concerned with what could of happen but did she have any injuriesfrom it ! Subway is always good! They have the protein bowls and smashed avocado which is fairly new. It got a little hectic. It was rush... hour at lunch and they took the next person before mine was done toasting, so they were done before me. It just getsconfusing/unorganized cuz the people behind you are ready to check out, but I am in line on front of them. Plus this Subway isvery small. Read more
Ordered from door dash a Seafood Sensation sandwich rather than call me to tell me they do not make this sandwich they send me... a double meat tuna fish sandwich. I would have appreciated a phone call instead of making the decision to send me a sandwichwith all this tuna. Do not come here!!! I walked in on June 22 2021 at 6:40pm and the Hispanic young lady was refilling the pepperoni. She never... once looked up once when I came in,never said hello and continued what she was doing for a couple of minutes till she was finishbefore she even spoke a word. I then told her, when ppl come in to her store that she needs to atleast greet them...she was likeummm hmmm, so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to there Corp office. Read more
the young heavy set hispanic girl is one of the rudest people i ever met working at this subway. she stares you down like you... inconvenienced her. she doesn?t greet any customers and she makes sandwiches very sloppy. this last time i asked her pleaseplace my cheese more on the sandwich so it doesn?t melt off when toasted. she gave me a look as if i?m a troubling customer. atthat moment i told her ?if you hate your job quit, but don?t stare me down like i?m the one making a sloppy sandwich?. one ofthe two customers in line chimed in and said ?she always acts like that? and I would have to agree with the other customer. ibeen a patron of this subway for 12 years and never had an issue with anyone working here other than this young heavy set lady.it?ll be worth to drive half a mile further than deal this rude sandwich maker again. i described her so people will know whoi?m referring to. BE AWARE!!!!! Terrible service. Rude Employees. They Won?t replace ingredients when it?s empty. I asked for fresh lettuce... because it looked nasty and brown. They just tell you they don?t have anymore because there lazy. If you don?t like your job gofind a new one it?s that easy.
