The manager here is extremely rude. I didn?t catch his name but he was a young heavy set Hispanic guy with a mustache. While I... was waiting for my flight I searched to see what restaurants were open. Subway came up so I went over to them and he proceededto look at me and then ignored me for about three minutes while him and the other workers laughed and talked amongst themselves. He finally looked up and said we?re closed. I said OK what time do you guys open and he rolled his eyes like he didn?thear me and started speaking Spanish. So I asked him again and he said we open at seven (it was 6:30 so I was early) I said OKno problem and just wanted to let him know that on Google it says that they are open in case they had this issue again. Heproceeded to ignore me and then looked at me and said OK you can leave now? We stoped by on our long flight today and at first we didn't have very good impression. The lady was a bit rude to us to be... honest but the gentleman who served us afterwords was SUPER nice (I think his name was Chavier?) He saved it all! It's alwasgreat to see a friendly person after a long tiring flight! The flatbread sandwich we had was delicious. I didn't know beforethere was this option. Read more
Stopped to purchase a Spicy Italian Sub. There was no Italian bread of any kind available. I was told only Wheat or Honey wheat... flavor of bread available!! Young man behind counter commented it looked like they needed to make bread!! Made no effort toasdist beyond that comment. I left!!! Read more
You can't mess up subway. But you can mess up customer service. I waited for about 7 minutes before someone started taking my... order because the workers were all working on one sandwich together while talking amongst themselves. I had to repeat my orderseveral times because they weren't listening to me. And when my sandwich was finally finished there was no one to check me out.After standing in line for over 20 min someone finally checked me out but their system wasn't connecting to the internet (nottheir fault) so the cashier walked away again to let it reboot while I was standing there.
