They were out of many ingredients (meats, veggies, cheeses, and water cups) by 5pm. The employees were friendly and apologetic,... and the food was pretty decent for the price. They tried charging me for water since they ran out of water cups. I asked for aregular cup for the water, but they said I'd have to purchase a drink even though we bought two sandwiches. Read more

Except that the employee was telling me he didn't have what I was ordering and made me pick something... else and change my order and the other employee came out with what I wanted. He just didn't want to take out anything becauseit was 9pm and they where close to closing. He also forgot to give as one if the cups for our drinks and made us wait after twocustomers. Very rude. Did not have a mask on as mine had ripped. I stood more than 6 ft away AND the worker had on a mask and she very... rudely refused service even though I was the only person in the store. The other time I ate there they messed up my order andtore the bread while making my sandwich causing it to leak. Very poor customer service. Read more
Came here for the first time 10 minutes before they closed with the open sign lit up. However, employee was inside and had the... door locked. Not cool to have the sign lit up. If it had been off I would have chalked it to COVID hours. Not only that, but hewalked out a few minutes later before 10 with the sign still lit up with lights on and left. Read more
My husband and I come to this location a lot being that we live right down the street. Today we went in and my husband was... wanting a meatball marinara sandwich. Unfortunately, they had just had a pop and were completely out. Instead of just having himpick something else, one of the employees asked if we wouldn?t mind waiting less than 10 min to make more. Being the picky eaterhe is, my husband agreed since that was what he was really wanting. The other employee imediatly went to the back to prepare,while the other finished making mine.
