Placed an order through the app. Nothing complicated. Only 2 sandwiches. One without mayo but with cheese. Got one sandwich... mostly right, but one sandwich was loaded with mayo and no cheese. I checked the order from the app assuming I made a mistake.Nope. I called the Subway, the guy said no manager was available. I had to go to work in 15 minutes didn?t have time to returnfor the correction..The guy said he would call me back. He never did I call, when I got a break I called back and was hung up onas soon as I said I was calling about the order. Called again an hour later. No answer. Called 4 hours later. No answer. Very clean. Arrived at 8 pm. Ordered the club, during the assembly of the sandwich which took some time. I noticed that several... of the bens containing the ingredients were empty. Moving down the assembly line the employees would stop each time they cameto an empty ben, leaving the sandwich, and front counter walking to the back, getting the supplies to refill the empty ben withproduct. Normally, this place is great. But, I've just had an awful awful experience and can't call the manager because the employee... referred me to the door for the managers number but, it's an incomplete number so can't call. So, here goes! First, I asked theemployee guy how big the scoop for the chicken was. They were out of the rotisserie chicken so was talking about the teriyakichicken. He didn't seem to understand the question because he showed me the scoop I asked him if it was a half a cup or a cup.He again seemed like he didn't understand the question so I let it go figuring I could look it up later for calorie counting. Iasked for a salad with the teriyaki chicken He asked me what kind of lettuce... I told him no lettuce just spinach leaves. Heput spinach and then put a bunch of lettuce in the bowl... I told him no lettuce, no lettuce. He looked at me confused. But, hetook it in the back.. I assumed to dump it out and only put spinach in it. He came back and still had leaves in it... Said thathe didn't just pick it out... I let that go. I had to remind him to add the chicken when I was done adding veggies and told himthat I wanted him to chop the chicken with the rest of the bowl. This also seemed to confuse him. I had to tell him 2 additionaltimes that I wanted him to chop the chicken. He asked about dressing and I told him that I wanted a ranch packet because it wasto go. He said they didn't have any packets. I asked him why they don't have any packets because every subway I've been to hasto go packets. He said his manager didn't order any. Told me that I could call the manager. After that, he went to bag it upeven tho I'd told him that I had a few subs to order. He was taking a long time to bag it up so I looked at him to see what hewas doing and he was trying to squeeze my salad container into a sandwich bag. Would have been 5 stars if the cashier hadn't tried to argue with me over something that was clearly posted from the customer... side. Maybe she should have stepped out from behind the counter to read what the sign said. Gotta love the $5 footlongs! Read more

I had a terrible experience at this location on3/24/17 8:39pm, there were two hispanic women employees one was younger named... karen or karina. Couldnt get the name of the other employee which sadly i think was above the other girl. Older lady had theworst attitude and had no customer service at all. We went in trying to get a promotion from our cell phones neither of themcared or tried to give us the discount since the link wouldnt open but they could see we got a text saying get 2foot long mealdeals for 12$. After we paid regular price we were able to open the coupon. I asked them to re ring my order the older ladyliterally argued with me and told me to ask the younger girl for help because she didnt ring me up and wouldnt help me if itwere up to her. They adjust the price but just gave me the sandwiches we took off unsatisfied because they were not giving usthe meal. We called another subway and they did confirm we were correct. We called back and asked for names they didnt want toprovide us with that after knowing we were going to call coorporate they just sorry and to go back. I dont think a customershould go through all that just to get a promotion subway gives out. They need more trainning in coupons and in customerservice. Read more
