Despite using the app to order ahead, our order wasn't ready when we arrived. What's worse, when we arrived, the employee... thought we may have entered the wrong store in the app and were trying to pick up an order that didn't exist at thatstore. When he went over and looked at their screen, he realized that our order had been there for several minutes. Heapologized, and we waited at a table (several of them were unclean) for him to complete our water. He apologize to severaltimes, but ended up making my order incorrectly, including an item that I specifically asked to be excluded. Maybe next time? Read more

Today I had a great experience grabbing some lunch from this subway. I visited 8-12-22 at around noon. Both of the young men... working were extremely nice and took care to make sure the people in front of me and my sandwiches were all exactly how wewanted them even offering suggestions to make it taste better per bite. I got some cookies as well which were perfect and tastegreat. One of the guys even knew 2 regulars sandwiches by heart and got them started as soon as he saw them. I've gone tosubways before and gotten burnt hard cookies, soggy sandwiches with days old ingredients, and bad service. This was a breath offresh air. Great food, great staff, no dissapointments. These guys are doing an awesome job and deserve recognition. Keep up thegood work. Read more

Horrible customer service. Out right rude employees. Made an online order, went in to pickup after app said it was ready, and... they hadn't even started the order. One employee who was working here then asked next customer in line if he'd mind her takingcare of my order. That guy simply stormed out ranting how long he had already waited. Never coming back here. Went in for quick lunch they couldn't have been any slower! Put all meat on one side, didn't cut my foot long in half, didn't... put on 2 items I asked for twice! Argued said he did. When I think of Clear Lake, I think of elegance, class, dignity, and wealth. When I think of this Subway location, I think of... the ghetto. This Subway has no place residing in any part of Clear Lake. The customer service is dreadful, the staff isnonexistent, and no one in management seems to care. How is this place even still open? I went in today and there was one staffmember handling online orders and servicing customers in the store by himself while he said the manager and the district managerjust randomly decided to step away. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is being run here????!!! This place should have beenshut down before COVID. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy! Horrible! Read more

I have been a regular customer of this location since it opened. There has been a marked decline in service since 2020. I know... there is a labor shortage, but the current poor service is due to more than just staff shortages. I went last week at 8:05PM tofind the store closed an hour earlier than posted closing time. There was an employee still i side with locked doors! Noexplanation was posted. Its bad enough that restaurants still have pre-pandemic hours posted on their websites, but to ignorethe "temporary " hours posted on the window is VERY frustrating. Easily worst subway I?ve ever been to. For a few months now it is consistently a bad experience. Staff are generally rude,... untrained, and very slow. I rarely see anyone wear a mask, hairnet, etc? when I went today there was a long line and one veryslow moving employee who seemed to be arguing with another employee who was on the phone in the back. They are often out ofthings. I went one day like 2 hours before they closed and they were out of bread. I asked if they were making more they said noit takes too long. The flavored tea containers are often unlabeled and filthy. Once I went and it appeared one was in The wrongcontainer as the color was different, when I asked the person about it they said. ?I don?t know that?s not my job.? Finally,they often forget to turn on the open sign and I?ve been there at least twice during business hours and the door was locked withno sign of why. Read more

Employees are slow and do not move with any sense of urgency, even when line grows and people leave due to slow service.... Employees do not wear hair nets or caps. Consistently out of food items. Shoes stick to floor when walking. Residue in drinkcontainers. Food and trash in dining area. I would not sit down here. Thank goodness Jersey Mike?s is opening across the street. Read more
