Went today they were out of black forest ham, so she agreed to giving me the roast beef for same price as ham, then when I... asked for half with mayo and half with honey mustard... then she changed her mind said be regular price for roast beef, so Isaid forget then, so then she just said ok... her name was Diane.. this place has gone through so many employees cause I wasgoing quite often but I don't think I can keep going there and dealing with issues last time they were out of honey mustard andSwiss cheese.. it's getting ridiculous to have to choose something else than the sandwich you are wanting and paying for.. forcrying out loud it's a sandwich shop, they should have plenty of the items on their menu... and the prices have gone up toomuch to deal with this kind of service!!!!! Too terrible experience. It took 1hour for delivery and they didn?t toast bread. I got Also too little sauce. I got different... sandwich and there was no cheese that i ordered. What a poor service. Read more
Ordered two sandwiches and a wrap online 10/20/2021 @ 2:42 pm. $31, delivery confirmation to be in the email. Transaction went... thru, went to the email. Clicked on the track your order, and SURPRISE, it has already been delivered. Currently 5:48 , AstrosRed Sox 1/0 6th inning. I got NO sandwiches . Now after 5 calls to the store, no one answers the phone. Looks like I find thefranchise owner in the morning to get my money back... Read more
Went inside to order 5 meatball subs & an additional sub with sides & drinks for my family at 7:00pm today. The 2 women on duty... said they had enough meatballs for 2 subs but "we can try to get them", referring to the 5. I asked how many meatballs goes onthe sub. She said 8 then lifted the lid to find 16 meatballs. I asked if she could make more. She quickly replied "No". I walkedout & took my business elsewhere. I refuse to go here again. Manager was talking on her earpiece the entire time taking my order. Manager was not pleasant with her customer service. Refused... to get containers to get Mayo and Mustard to go so my Co-worker and I to put on sandwich an 1hour later from time of purchase.Seems to have a slight attitude for asking the 2nd week for this......
