CLOSE DOWN THIS LOCATION ?? by far the worse subway i?ve ever been to. Me and my boyfriend ordered online and decided to go... through the drive thru and no one answered the speakers we figured they were short staff maybe that?s why they didn?t have thedrive through available but it?s just weird bcuz how are they gonna put a sign that they have drive through but no one works onit . We go inside to get our order and this young man dosent speak english and i keep telling him we had an online order untilfinally another worker comes and tells him we had an online order to get it ready . The guy who had told him we had an onlineorder seemed to not care about the cross contamination he was doing as he put on gloves to work on the sandwiches he touches hisface and proceeds to put on gloves after him adding the toppings he gets a phone call and starts adding the toppings whiletouching his phone , my boyfriend called him for out and he immediately changed them and felt embarrassed after that he made theother young man contuine to make the rest of sandwich. Will not recommend coming here you never know if they wash there handswhen touching the food. By the way after 3 hours I threw it up didn?t feeel good afterwards. Read more

The place has really gone downhill, the lady behind the counter didn't know anything about making a sandwich, the language... barrier was difficult and had limited choices from what the menu provided. And the drive thru, doesn't work and NO SIGN. Read more
There is only 1 person working there and she didnt toast me and family's bread completely. There's no lids or straws to grab... from so I asked for them, and she me handed me lids that were all dirty and sticky! I could hear the customers complaining asI'm eating, "That salad don't even look right!" They need to either work on the service or shut this place down. Read more
The only time this place is running smoothly is when Sophia is here! Everyone else is extremely incompetent and you can?t... communicate with them due to the lack in English. Online orders aren?t even started until 20 to 30 min after unless she is hereto organize things. Read more
Horrible customer service. I drove up to the drive thru land and waited for about 3-4 minutes. No one helped. I thought it was... maybe broken so I decided to go inside instead. When I went inside, the lady that was working there was just sitting down andtalking on the phone. I waited to see if she would help but after standing there for 5 minutes, I realized she wasn?t going todo anything to take my order or even tell me that she would only take a second on the phone.
