The staff on duty tonight is the slowest I have ever come across. After waiting for more than 30mins in line, he received an... order online when it was our turn to place our order and told us he has to make that before ours and when we told him he could'tkeep us waiting, he told us to GET out! Saying he was all by himself and there is nothing he can do. We left there withoutordering and some other folks in line left too! Staffs like this are ruining the reputation of your brand! Read more

Always only one employee waiting on all customers! Sad!!! Also bins of food are always low on product. I don't want the bottom... of bins! And can someone tell the employees to not have such long dragonfly fingernails? They can barely make the sandwiches. Read more

I ordered online three subway sandwiches for pickup. When I got there, an employee told me that they didn't have the ingredients... to make it and that she couldn't call me because she was busy when there was literally only one other customer when I camein. There were two employees in the front. She said she came make different sandwiches for me or issue a full refund. I toldher to just do the refund. A week later I was still not refunded and when I called the place to ask they hung up on me. I'vegiven this place multiple chances to get their act together but this will be the last time. Every time there was a minor issuewith my order or an employee being rude but this just feels like theft at this point. Read more

At any given time, there's like one worker. Like where's the shift leader? One employee holding the floor against like 10+... customers. And then when the we ordered online on another occasion, it was completely wrong. Read more

This Hispanic lady manager seems as if she has an attitude. Shes nice though. I just think she got stuff going on in her... personal life. However, from a customer service standpoint, a consistently welcoming persona is key. They water down the teato save money probably. I'll be calling corporate about that... that's half the reason I go.. not the workers' fault but theowner's. Read more
