At the end of the winter storm passed, my power is out busted water pipes I had to get some food. This subway in my neighborhood... was open. I went and not many people waiting so I got in line. I watched the woman behind the counter making orders and thecustomer was talking to the employee. I watched the customer leave and drive off! I continued watching. The next couple in linestepped up and the employee NEVER raised her head and kept making other orders (doordash/uber) I have worked in the foodservices and a customer waiting in person needs to be addressed first. I asked the employee if she was taking orders from thecustomers in line? she said yes she was attending to both! The couple walked by me and out the door! I simply replied to she No,no your not taking care of both! And I walked out! Went to the next subway close by and was treated with respect and kindness. Read more

Today at 10:03 AM I Had a horrible experience here in this Location . The Hispanic lady was very rude with me . I said : Hi... Good Morning ( twice ). She did not even answer me .very angry face . she acted like she did not want to be there or wantmy business. They Just lost my Business and I hope I will never see face like this person on my way in the future . Read more

The crew closes early at times. The business hours are so inconsistent. The new staff has a "sorry we are open " attitude. The... male employee working tonight (8/24/2019) had a very negative vibe. I love Subway, but I would rather go down to the Fort BendParkway location. I am just giving some feedback. It is up to Leadership to make some changes if they want to grow sales. Read more

I cannot complain about the staff that works here ,They are very nice courteous and have a great attitude. The issue is with the... owner of this store , he is being cheap and does not want to fix the air condition , I feel bad for the workers behind thecounter , they have told the owner about it and hasn't done anything about it. Today is the 6 /18 / 2019 it is very hot inHouston right now, and this owner has the place closed up with 4 cieling fans, this is ridiculous, it's been like that for days. Read more
