It the Vegetables were more fresher and they had tasted the sandwich the right way I would have given them a 5 Stars Instead of... 2 Stars. They need to listen to the customer who are ordering the sandwiches from them. And not talking to the regular customerwho come in every day? Read more
I just left here, I almost didn?t buy anything but my kids and I were very hungry. They barely put anything in your sandwich.... And when you ask for a little bit more, the lady catches an attitude. She was very rude and snippy since the beginning, like ifshe doesn?t like her job, but when I asked for a little bit more pickles since she had only literally put 4 pickles in mysandwich. She got very upset. Every other subway I?ve been to they put a handful of everything unless you ask for less. Buthere, they are super stingy!.. my husband always gets the meatball marinara and they usually put 8-10 meatballs. Here they onlyput 4 lol. Wait until you ask for lettuce! It?s literally a PINCH, you have to ask them for more. The gentleman that works therewas nice and provided w great customer service. The Hispanic lady with colored eyes was the one w an attitude and kept her eyeson my kids as if they were going to steal. She even went as far as asking for them to show her how many cups they got. If shedoesn?t like her job, she should go elsewhere then, as a paying customer the service w her was terrible and the attitude wasvery unnecessary. Came to the Subway on Bellaire & HW6 for a free promotion deal. The employee lady was not very happy to honor the deal and had... an bad attitude to serve the customer. Understand everyone wants to go home and be with their family. However I wasted gas that is very expensive now to arrive before... scheduled closing time lights were just turned off when I pulled up and was waved away. I would understand if it was 5min beforeclosing but it wasn't. Very upset I hurried to make it just to be turned away & wasted Gas. Read more
I normally go to this location at lunch time. This particular visit was close to 5. I had a young boy build my sandwich and he... was terrible at it. He piled the protien, vegetable and condiments all in the center of a foot long. Even after me asking tospread everything out evenly he struggled to accomplish this task. I don't blame the young boy. I blame management. Poortraining. They also fail to post that some extras are very costly...like mozzarella cheese. It's no wonder Subway is struggling. Read more
Guy who served me was a newbie, he skimped on the tuna, cheese, olives and majority of the veggies, and piled the sauces ontop... of each other on the edge of the bun, even when I asked him to put them side by side, quite disappointing as I eat at subwayquite frequently, but not at this location again.
